SPACE LABO
At "Space LABO," a science museum in Kitakyushu that opened in April 2022, visitors can enjoy exhibitions where they can experience the wonder of science, such as the largest tornado generator in the country, as well as the largest planetarium in the country. WOW was in charge of planning, directing, and creating two experience-type videos installed at "Science LABO," a permanent exhibition on the second floor.
Mikata Kawareba
A large video exhibition projected onto a wall with four circles in a line. To create an opportunity for visitors to have a scientific perspective, videos that observe a single object from different perspectives and compare objects from the same perspective are alternately played. Also, in the intermission, gimmick footage that makes use of the shapes on the wall also appears, showcasing the fun and surprise of changing one's way of seeing things.
I Don't Know! Theater
An interactive video exhibition that uses a wide screen spread throughout a round space. By placing one's hand over the center censor, one can freely explore a world full of things that they don't know from a perspective as if they have stepped into a huge elevator, from the end of space to deep inside Earth. Through encounters with random everyday questions and mysteries that have yet to be scientifically clarified, we designed an experience that allows visitors to discover the value of the stance of being inquisitive and learning more about everything.
