WOW's original work “BAKERU” has been selected for the Agency for Cultural Affairs' “Comprehensive Support Program for Performing Arts (School Touring Performances)” since 2018, touring elementary and junior high schools across Japan as “BAKERU School.” This project has also been selected for next year by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, and we are currently recruiting schools in Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, and Akita prefectures for participation.

e-Plegona won in the Design Concept category, and HOTORIUM in the Brand & Communication Design category at the prestigious German Red Dot Design Award.

WOW was in charge of the planning, direction, and production for the entrance and theater of the Nikon Museum, which reopened on October 12, 2024 (Thu).

WOW's data design project "InForms," which fosters creative thinking by "appreciating" data, will appear at Tokyo Midtown DESIGN TOUCH 2024. The works presented in March 2024 at THE CAMPUS (Kokuyo Tokyo Shinagawa Office) during the event "Polymorphism of Information" will be displayed at Tokyo Midtown Plaza B1 Metro Avenue.

The Yoichi Ochiai x Japan Philharmonic Orchestra Project seeks to use technology to update the experience of listening to an orchestra, and use art and culture to build a highly diverse society, as well as to disseminate Japanese culture. Once again this year WOW is participating as a “Video Performer,” engaging in video direction utilizing AI.

WOW has taken on the planning, direction and production of all four of the permanent exhibits at JERA museum HEKINAN. This museum is designed as an experience-based museum, where visitors can enjoy learning intuitively about the latest power generation technologies and the path to zero-carbon emissions, which JERA aims to achieve by 2050.

On July 17th, 2024 (Wed.), WOW will hold an online talk event entitled, “From Palm to Space—WOW’s UI/UX Design Journey”.

This summer, WOW will host the “WOW Student Program — Ignite Your Creativity” for students aspiring to become creators. In an era where diversity and innovation intersect, we are committed to creating a platform to encounter and nurture new sensibilities and intellects.

“The BAKERU School” tour for the 2024 fiscal year has been decided. This year, which marks the 7th year of “The BAKERU School,” will see the program touring Ibaraki, Chiba, and Tokyo. Through WOW’s unique expressions, we will continue our efforts to convey the precious cultural heritage of our localities.
